Primary Office Our primary office is centrally located in Richmond Heights, University Club Tower at 1034 South Brentwood Boulevard, across from the Galleria Shopping Center. We are on the 7th floor, Suite 754. Convenient parking is available in the University Club Tower Garage for $1.00 per hour. In addition, the parking company offers a 10 minute grace period for patients wishing to be dropped off at the front door.
